One of my favorite high protein breakfasts is my Greek Yogurt Bowl.


One cup total 0% fat Fage Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries

10 raspberries

4 strawberries

2 tbs all natural peanut butter (I use justin's)


380 Calories

16 grams fat

35 grams carbs

27 grams protein
