Welcome to my fitness blog ReddyFit, a dancers guide to a healthy lifestyle. As a dancer, eating healthy and staying active are two very important things to me. Eating to fuel my body is always my number one priority. I wanted to create a part to my website containing all of the things I love to eat, workouts I love to do and quotes that keep me motivated! I want to give healthy, delicious options for breakfast. lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. A long with workouts especially designed for dancers. Dancers have so much pressure on the appearance of their body and I want to inspire others that strong is the new skinny.
