Overnight Oats

Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats are one of my all time favorite breakfasts! 

 

What you'll need:

One packet of GlutenFreeda natural oatmeal

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp chia seeds

2 tbs all natural peanut butter

1/4 cup 0% fat fage greek yogurt

2-4 strawberries 

1/2 banana 

 475 calories

21 grams fat

42 grams carbs

21 grams protein

 

Directions: 

First, combine in a bowl 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1 tsp chia seeds and 2 tbs peanut butter. Mix together then add oats and continue to mix more. Set in the fridge overnight for 6 hours covered in plastic wrap.

 

In the morning, add 1/4 or more of greek yogurt. Cut the strawberries and half of a banana to layer on the top!

 

Walla! There you have strawberry banana overnight oats with the addition of some extra protein from the nut butter and greek yogurt!
