Beyond Sushi

After a long day of traveling from Phoenix, Arizona to NYC on New Years Day, I was in desperate need of food. As we were walking around Manhattan, we discovered a small vegetarian sushi restaurant and decided to give it a try. I ordered the CURRY FLOWER rice paper wrap. It had baby greens, green tea noodles, tahini, curried cauliflower, asparagus, roasted onion, and butternut squash. To top it off, they drizzled tahini sauce and added sesame seeds. It was a HUGE serving but of course I ate the entire thing. Was an awesome way to start the New Year and was absolutely delicious!
