Homemade gluten free pizza

Today my good friend Nicky and I made a delicious homemade pizza. She has been dying to tell me about a recipe she has been using for a while and today she finally gave me her secret! Tapioca crust! It was one of the best gluten free pizzas I have ever had and I can't wait to make it for my family and friends.


Here is what you'll need:

16 inch pan

Chebe pizza crust mix

2 large eggs

olive oil

garlic powder

milk/milk substitute

Red Pizza Sauce

Red Tomato pesto sauce

One white onion

Kalamata olives


Mozzarella or burrata





Directions: To begin, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Then, add two eggs into a bowl and 2 tbs of olive oil and mix. Then you add the pizza crust mix and stir. You'll then add 2 tbs of milk/ milk substitute (we used unsweetened plain coconut milk) and stir then add an addition 2 tbs of the milk of choosing. Begin using your hands until it begins to feel like dough. Cover the entire 16 inch pan with the dough. Do not worry if the crust seems too thin, it will fluff up completely once its cooked. Once the entire pan is evenly covered up to the edges, add a bit more olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder onto the crust and spread it around. Put the crust into the oven for eight minutes. While the pizza is cooking, prepare and cut the onion, olives and scallion. After 8 minutes, take the pizza out and spread evenly the red pizza sauce then add pesto of your choosing to add extra flavor. Then, add the cheese, onion, olives. Put the pizza in the oven for an addition five to seven minutes. Once its done, then add the scallion and prosciutto to the top of the pizza. You can then add the oregano and arugula for extra flavor! Cut into slices and enjoy!
