Feta, Burrata and Wine oh my!

I traveled to Greece this summer and had the experience of a life time. It was my first time in Europe and it definitely won't be my last time. So much history, art and culture to appreciate. I was at a loss for words with every place we went to. Our first stop was in Athens.

Day 1 we went on a private tour of the Acropolis in Athens. It was amazing to see all of the history and to hear about each important piece and the story behind it. To be in a city and to step on the grounds of our ancestors was an unexplainable feeling. I felt so appreciative to have gotten the opportunity to take that time to learn and see the rich history in Greece. It was a day I will never forget.

Our next stop was Mykonos, an island in Greece. It was gorgeous. I will never forget the endless amount of greek yogurt, fredo cappuccinos, greek salads and wine.

Dear Feta, I will never forget you. I am so happy we met. Whether you were baked, fried, or fresh we got a long so well. I love you and no one will ever compare to you.

Sincerely,

Your biggest fan

Oh Burrata... How could I ever forget you? I read the menu and immediately knew you would be the one I would choose. But how will I ever choose between Feta and Burrata?

Okay. I'm done with the food talk. But in all actuality, both Mykonos and Santorini were the most beautiful islands I have ever seen and it would be a shame to leave out the cheese and wine I so passionately fell in love with on this perfect vacation.
